We’re always looking for new contributors for our website. If you’ve got an idea that will dare our Singaporean readers and you want to publish it in School Sports Singapore, we want to hear about it.
Just aim to bring readers a fresh perspective on a topic that’s keeping you up at night.
We want your article to be at its best, and we’ll push you to get there. Once accepted, you’ll get extensive feedback from our team, and you’ll work closely with an editor on revisions.
It’s also rewarding. Our primary objective is to provide value when it comes to finance, business, and productivity. To present our audience with broader perspective, we want you to write for us. You can write anything under the umbrella of finance, business and productivity which could be related to what we are sharing inside the School Sports Singapore website.
What we’re looking for
You may submit a rough draft or a short pitch (a paragraph or two summarizing your argument about business, finance and productivity) paired with an outline. The more complete your submission is, the better feedback we can give you. We do not publish anything that’s been published elsewhere (including your website or blog).
Please don’t send us press releases or sales pitches.
Here are some few things that will entice our readers.
- Has a voice. Be bold, interesting, and human.
- Is written for an audience of Singaporeans who wanted to learn more about business management, handling finances and how to be productive.
- Is supported with convincing arguments, not just opinions. Fact-check, and cite sources where appropriate.
What we require
We publish articles of anywhere between 500–2,500 words, depending on subject complexity.
Articles often run with a custom illustration.
Articles may be casual in tone and content—great for less-intensive tutorials and posts—or rigorously structured and edited. All should be cutting-edge topics in the industry.
